Program Overview:
” Springboard ” is a comprehensive soft & leadership skills training program designed to equip intermediate & high school students with the essential interpersonal and personal development skills needed for academic, professional, and personal success. Through interactive workshops, activities, and real-world scenarios, students will cultivate skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, time management, adaptability, and emotional intelligence. This program aims to empower students to excel in their academic pursuits, build strong relationships, and thrive in future endeavors.
